Questions that generally work for me are “what does a typical day look like in this agency?” or “how do you achieve your goals of (x), (y), and (z)?”. Sometimes I get bold and ask “now that you’ve interviewed me, what do you feel my shortcomings are, and what sort of supervision do you feel I need?"but that is only if I feel I would get constructive feedback as a response.
